When my charger didn't fit the wall socket, they immediately provided me with one that did. the room was beautifully furnished and very comfortable, with all the amenities as advertised - tea and coffee facilities and reliable wifi. The location was also convenient, with a tram stop nearby for easy access to the city center.

During my recent transit in Warsaw, I had the opportunity to stay at the Apart Lofts Car Factory By Warsawresidence Group. One major advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the nearest airport, Warsaw Frederic Chopin. With the airport being just 15 km away, it was incredibly convenient for me to catch my connecting flight without any hassle. I appreciated that the hotel was located just 0.7 km from Warszawa ZOO, making it a great option for families looking to explore this popular attraction.

If I had to mention a minor drawback, it would be that due to its location off the main road, I felt a bit uneasy walking back to the hotel alone at night. However, let me emphasize that during my stay, I always walked back with my family and felt perfectly safe.

The young man at the reception was incredibly friendly and helpful, spoke perfect English, and was available every night to answer our questions. The room was very clean and modern, with a cleverly designed layout. We were able to walk to the Old Town and city center each day, but public transportation options were also nearby. There was a petrol station next door for basic items and a small supermarket a few minutes away for groceries.

Felt like part of the family, no reason to complain.
